Returns for faulty products

We offer returns on faulty products. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All of our items are carefully checked before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send an email with a clear photograph and description of the problem within 14 days from arrival. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thecreated.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our offices in Stellenbosch. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products will be replaced as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Necklaces: Necklaces are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Sale items or gift cards: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including Black Friday sale items.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or opt for a gift card, please reach out to us at info@thecreated.co.za. Please note that we do not offer refunds for exchanges.

For exchanges, the associated courier expenses (both for the returned item and the new item) will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
