WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
Delivery is available anywhere in South Africa at a flat rate of R69.
Free shipping on orders more than R800.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the name of the courier used for your delivery.
THERE WAS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER? MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please email us at info@thecreated.co.za with a photograph and description of the problem within 14 days of arrival.
We will replace the product as soon as possible.
CAN I EXCHANGE JEWELLERY?
We will exchange incorrect ring sizes as long as the ring is unworn and returned in original packaging. Customer has to pay the two-way delivery cost (R69 one way) for the exchange.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
