WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
Delivery is available anywhere in South Africa at a flat rate of R59.
Free shipping on orders more than R800.
Free pickup in Stellenbosch.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the name of the courier used for your delivery.
HOW DOES PICKUP WORK?
Once you've placed your order, you will receive a Whatsapp with the exact address in Stellenbosch.
Pickups are available after 5pm in the suburb of Brandwacht, Stellenbosch. Unfortunately, no pickups available before 5pm.
THERE WAS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER? MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED WHAT DO I DO?
Please email us at info@thecreated.co.za with a photograph and description of the problem within 14 days of arrival.
We will replace the product as soon as possible.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE JEWELLERY?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
