If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or opt for a gift card, please reach out to us at info@thecreated.co.za. Please note that we do not offer refunds for exchanges.
For exchanges, the associated courier expenses (both for the returned item and the new item) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy for Faulty Products

All of our items are carefully checked before shipping. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send an email with a clear photograph and description of the problem within 14 days from arrival.
We will replace the product swiftly.
